toArt at the Source Open Studios 2008 It’s time once again to enjoy two fun-filled weekends of fine art appreciation.Sebastopol Center for the Arts and Arts and Art at the Source want to welcome you to our 14th annual free self-guided open studio tour of western Sonoma County. This year, we have 108 participating artists. The vast diversity of participating artists includes painters, sculptors, potters, jewelers, glass artists, photographers, and fabric artists; something for everyone to enjoy. The studios are located from the 101 corridor west of Santa Rosa to Bodega Bay, and from Roblar Road to the Russian River. For a preview of artists’ work, start your visit with the Preview Exhibit at Sebastopol Center for the Arts. Each participating artist will be represented at the exhibit. If you don’t choose to start there, you can simply consult this catalog, choose the artists of interest to you, and follow the map to the studios of your choice. Gallery hours: Monday through Friday 10am–5pm. Saturday & Sunday 1–4pm. Gallery hours for the two open studio weekends are 10am–5 pm. TOP OF PAGE Winery Preview Exhibits 2008 Art at the Source offers a unique partnership between fine art and fine wine with the Sebastopol Center for the Arts and Russian River Wine Road joining together for tasting room preview shows. Fifty-two wineries will exhibit art work by Art at the Source artists during May and June. For a complete list of participating wineries refer to the Russian River Wine Road website. TOP OF PAGE Additional Preview Shows Sonoma County Office of Education, My Daughter the Framer, Copperfield’s Books and Mesh Gallery will exhibit the work of selected Art at the Source artists during May.
